Underprivileged children were guests of the Grand Rapids Jaycees for the 2005 Holiday Shopping tour. Youngsters were led through the Cascade township Meijer store, so that they could pick out presents for their family members.
Funds for the Children's Holiday Shopping tour were provided by the Grand Rapids Jaycees Foundation and the Douglas B. Wicks Foundation. After shopping each child received a gift from Santa.
